Downstairs Bathroom

Before

The new house has a bathroom near the garage entrance.
Some key features for your approval:

• mirror mounted with wall clips.
• mixed-tone hardware--silver and gold!  Why settle for one?!
• blue laminate countertop, also seen in the kitchen.
• early 90s orange-y pine trim.  (Soon to be white!)

(Before I go any further, you need to  c a l m  d o w n.    Yes, we are painting the woodwork white.  Yes, we appreciate the beauty of all-natural, Mother Earth's paintbrush, God's Own authentic stained wood.  Obviously.  But this is factory pine, stained orange, circa 2001.  It's not like George Nakashima stained it with his tears.  So, we are moving on.)

White trim will bring this house to a new level.  Here's why:  the window cases and sills are really deep.  When they are white, the sunlight is going to bounce right off, right into the house.  Nice.

This place is going to be awesome.
